A Lilly Scholar, Mr. Smith obtained his undergraduate degree from Wabash College in 1993. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University in 1996. Admitted to practice in New York state, Mr. Smith has over 25 years of legal experience. In 2003, he was made partner of Nicholas Perot Smith, and in 2006, was made managing partner of the Rochester offices. He maintains a separate law office based in Jordan, NY. His high-volume practice was built upon a large referral base.
